We will need the following information:
1. Your name and telephone number with area code and email address
2. Your pet's name, gender, detailed description, date & location last seen. If available, please attach a photo in jpg format to your email.
3. Once you find your missing friend, please notify us so we can remove the info

Don't stop here. Get the word out!

1. Place an ad in the local newspaper
2. Distribute flyers.
3. Check all the shelters and animal control.
4. Post a free 14 day ad on Petfinder.org

Be diligent and check shelters frequently.

	Description:	Sugar is a beautiful white Schnauzer. She is a one year old female. She is not wearing a collar.

	MAJOR IS LOST IN SPRING HILL FLORIDA
	Description:	Major is a 6 year old, 100 pound German Shepherd. Because he was being medicated for a skin infection, he was not wearing his collar when he slipped away. He barks but is very gentle. He's used to being inside and wants to go home.

	NIKA IS LOST IN SPRING HILL FL
	Description:	Nika is a white German Shepherd. She is wearing a pinkish-red collar with identification. The name on her tag is Snowflake but she responds to Nika. She is only two years old and wants to go home.

	BEAR IS TRYING TO GET HOME. SHE WAS RECENTLY SPOTTED IN THE AREA. PLEASE KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR HER.
	Description :	Bear is a chow/collie mix. She has reddish brown fur with white on her chest and under her tail. She has a black nose, a white tongue with a black stripe. She was wearing a blue collar with ID and rabies tags. Her Microchip # 060275099.
